PRODUCT INFORMATION ‑ SPECIFICATION ‑ HEALTH & SAFETY SHEET
|
Product: |
PRO 1 Heavy Duty Stripper |
|
PRO 1 is a powerful scientific blend of chemical agents with very low foaming properties, which attacks even the heaviest build‑up of dirt and emulsion floor dressings with ease.
The excellent penetrating power of PRO 1 will enable light coatings of emulsion dressing to be removed manually where it is difficult for a machine to operate.
Allow PRO 1 to soften the dressing for approximately 10 minutes. Then agitate with the mop or nylon pad. Then remove slurry by mop or wet‑suction vacuum.
When operating a single brush floor scrubbing machine or an automatic scrubber‑drier we recommend the following. Firstly allow a short time for the Solution of PRO 1 to soak and soften the floor dressing. Then scrub using a black stripping pad and finally vacuum up the slurry.
When using the automatic scrubbing machine, double scrub leaving the vacuum off on the first pass, then vacuum up the slurry on the second pass. There is no need to rinse the floor because of the chemical make up of the product.
But we recommend rinsing the floor surface to make sure all the slurry has been removed before applying the emulsion dressings
The unique formulation makes PRO 1 become a powerful universal cleaning.
PRO 1 is an excellent product for automatic scrubber‑driers due to the low foaming properties. |
